Reporting a problem?

Include the app version from Settings, your device and iOS version, and what you were trying to do. Remove private information from screenshots.

For a reading correction, include the title, passage or verse number and selected language.

Does Krishna work offline?

Yes. Bundled readings and text search work offline. Maps, weather, directions and external websites need an internet connection. Optional Apple model features depend on your device and model availability.

Where are my notes and saved readings?

Open Journey for your reading collection and Notes. The app remembers supported reading positions. Settings contains Backup and restore for supported notes, bookmarks and positions.

Which languages are available?

The current release uses English (US). Other language options are paused while their translations are reviewed. Original Sanskrit scripture passages remain available in Source.

How do I report a reading correction?

Send the reading title, chapter or verse number, selected language and the sentence you believe needs attention. Include a source locator if you have one. Do not send private notes or recovery codes.

Why does nearby or weather not work?

Check your connection and location permission for nearby results. You can still select temples manually. Weather depends on Apple’s service availability and the selected location. Always confirm travel details with official channels.

Does the chant guide count my voice?

No. It is an optional spoken pace guide. The app does not listen to you or verify repetitions.

Can you recover my backup code?

No. The recovery code is not stored by a server. A backup cannot be decrypted without it. Keep your code separate from the file and never send it to support.
