Purpose
Krishna is a reading and reflection companion focused on Krishna, the Bhagavad Gita and related places and traditions. It is not a spiritual authority, an exhaustive collection of every source, or professional medical, legal or travel advice.
Reading and interpretation
Editorial explanations, practical reflections and retellings are not quotations from scripture. Original passages and editorial writing are distinguished in the app. Accounts may differ between sources. References help readers inspect the material; their presence does not guarantee that every interpretation or translation is error-free. Please report a correction with its reading title and passage locator.
Generated responses
Optional generated explanations and retellings can be mistaken or incomplete. They do not speak as Krishna and do not automatically become reviewed editorial content. Consult the cited material before relying on an answer. Public Release cloud research is currently disabled. Do not use available tools to submit unlawful or harmful material.
Temple and travel information
Temple histories, seasonal guidance, maps and weather are planning aids, not booking confirmations. Access, darshan hours, routes, festivals and transport can change. Check official temple and transport channels before travelling. A saved visit is a personal record, not verified attendance.
Your notes and backups
You remain responsible for the material you write and choose to share. Backup is optional and covers only the data listed in the export screen. Keep the recovery code safely and separately from the encrypted file. We cannot recover a lost code. No automatic synchronization or uninterrupted storage is promised.
Respectful use and rights
Respect the rights of authors, translators, editors and artwork creators. Ancient subject matter does not make every translation or illustration freely redistributable. Do not remove attribution, present editorial text as scripture or redistribute material beyond the permissions that apply to it. Source and edition information is available in the app’s Settings.
Availability
Some features depend on device capability, installed Apple models, connectivity or third-party services. They may be unavailable or change. The app may correct content or change features. It does not promise a particular spiritual, personal or travel outcome. Nothing here excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
